Everything was great, and it had very good wi-fi. Excellent service from all the very, very nice and pleasant staff that I interacted with.- My room was fairly quiet, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

The comfort room was new-fashioned, I felt like at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was newly renovated, I had a great trip there. The location of the hotel was central, adjacent to so close to restaurants as well as 4 main metro lines. All the staff was affable, fixed my issues.

I could not get refund after contracting COVID and cancelling my reservation days in advance. Would love to come and stay someday but the no-refund policy left me quite unhappy. But I am glad I did not come and possibly infect staff and guests.

We loved Susana and Aimée's attention, it was excellent that Susana spoke Spanish but above all her warmth, her constant collaboration and her kindness. On the other hand, Aimée, in spite of not speaking Spanish, is very kind and tries hard to make herself understood. cleaning service is excellent and rooms are very comfortable. Of note is the detail of leaving in the room bottles of water, coffee, cream, sugar, tea and coffee maker to heat the water.
Nadia's attention is terrible, she is dismissive, inattentive, she does not care that guests who do not speak French do not understand her. Besides, she limited the time we could leave our luggage in the hold (she said they only kept it for 3 hours), being that in all the hotels we stayed in the other cities, they always kept our luggage from the Check Out to the night, which was when we normally traveled. We also didn't like that there wasn't an elevator to the room we were assigned, but to a previous level and we had to carry our bags up the stairs (although they were few), however, it doesn't stop being annoying.

I thoroughly enjoyed the villa which was functional. The location was good - ease of access to Avenue Secretan.- It was just next door to a sea of cream or white paint, metro, supermarket, Subway, McDonald's.

The very, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning adjustable 24h individually per room. Shower and bath muuuyyy Justito. I mean that of all the types of room available, this is the simplest. Very clean rooms. Hotel reformed and very new everything. Subway station at 25 meters! I highlight in breakfast the French cheese (special the Comté) they prepare pancakes and crepes according to the day, the homemade sponge (the best
Regular breakfast : missing scrambled eggs with bacon-sausages(indispensable)/olive oil/more variety of fruits. Overcooked eggs (with green yolks). With the goodness of the French bread and pity that it is not bakery bread, frozen and baked according to demand (also croissant pastries, etc. All the above does not cost anything and gives much more category to the breakfast. Excellent Asian waitress service. Only one receptionist speaks Spanish (the second most spoken language in the world). We had her only three half days in the week. Rooms on the first floor facing the street. Even though we could hear the subway, we slept very well.

Its facilities are very pleasant, has a lift, comfortable bed, hot water, heating, was clean and clean you daily. They leave you to prepare coffee in the room and it is equipped with the necessary. It is located in a place that seems very safe, close to supermarkets and restaurants and subway station is across the street.
1. attention of the staff is NOT good at all. To begin with, one of the days we left the room later than usual, so the lady who was doing her chores got upset and was rude when she asked us if we were going to need to clean up. One of our friends arrived a day later so I booked the room with my account and debited my credit card twice. I made the complaint there were other guests at the door trying to get into the hotel but the receptionist was not there, so these people got upset and when he opened they complained about the time they had been waiting to get in, however they continued their way to the room and receptionist physically attacked them by getting into the elevator and taking the couple out saying that he would call the police and that they would not return to Italy. It was a spectacle of almost 10 or 15 minutes, meanwhile the door was still closed and another guest was trying to get out while they were brutally arguing, so much so that the guest told her to stop that she needed to get out and man at the reception desk told her to leave. It was a very embarrassing scandal, finally the guests got on and receptionist finally called the police, I think it was an exaggeration what he did and more assaulting two GUESTS not knowing how to control themselves and not being clear that the customer first. these people left he told me to be grateful that he hadn't shot them. All this was recorded on my cell phone, in the end it didn't solve my problem, I waited the next day to make the complaint to the person on duty and in the same unkind attitude that he didn't speak Spanish he explained the situation to me that there was no double charge and as who says you can go now. I demanded to speak with the Administrator, who was finally very kind and helped me with my double payment in a cordial way. I told them what had happened the previous night and they explained that I was a temporary person.

Great location.Metro station literally across the road with very easy connections to all major sites in Paris. Also very clear rooms and very comfortable bed (stayed in a comfort room). The breakfast is a little pricey but good nonetheless (included croissants, cereals, fresh baguettes, coffee, fresh orange juice, cakes, yogurts). The staff were also very helpful. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend.
The bathroom could afford to be a little more sound proof..!
